i've had the blender for about 3 years but rarely used it, but found a fire ass recipe and figured i'd make a thread for fellow smoothie gang to share some fire combos of their own. here's the one i'm finna be on:
1.5 bananas
1.5 cups frozen sweet cherries
1 tablespoon beet powder
1 serving cocoa powder
1g of L-cartinine
2 tablespoons tart cherry concentrate
1 cup silk almond and cashew protein milk
Pinch of salt
finna get the antioxidant codes
lowkey can't wait for the hot ass summer where it's finna be peach smoothies on the daily

f***ing hate having a dairy allergy, greek yogurt would be such a staple of my diet otherwise tried taking lactaid and that s*** did not work at ALL lmao
