    Nah i meant what do you have now? Like did you replace your breakfast with a smoothie?

    Oh my bad

    Now I do oats, whey protein, banana, berries, peanut butter, almond milk and Greek plain yogurt (If I don’t want to use yogurt, I would just add extra whey protein) and mix that all up

    Might switch something up once I get bored of this
