Y’all know what album I discovered in the midst of the snowstorm this week? Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska super dark album with minimal instrumentals (just harmonica & acoustic guitar), the entire album is eerie & the songwriting is chilling to the core.
I have tried to listen to other Springsteen albums, but none of his catalogue has ever impacted me like this album. Unbelievable work. Would recommend. Truly showcases Springsteen’s talent without the lavish E Street backing band.
one of my favorite albums ever
this song helped me through my quarter life crisis when i turned 25 lol
everyone do yourself a favor and listen to this album

No E street backing band? Are you saying Steven Van Zandt wasn't loyle to his capo for this album?
inspired Yeezus
Yooo that 2014 interview Ye did when he compared Nebraska to Yeezus & said TLOP would have to be Born This Way level fr got me wanting to check out this album. That interview quote has stuck with me all these years deadass

I’m sure he would’ve been but Wiki says Springsteen decided not to have the band on it & decided to release it with just his acoustic guitar & harmonica
i always wondered if this album inspired Bleach's cover art
