I remember it dropping and there wasn't much hype around it, Kinda came out of the blue. It just never got much buzz. C5 was like that to a lesser extent but I felt like C5 kinda fizzled because it took too long to come out and was changed so much since it's original vision.

Funeral is really dope though and had no expectations, I was listening to no ceilings earlier and now I'm listening to Funeral and it's like damn, this s*** is still hot. Mama Mia is f***ing crazy sounding. Wayne over Yeezus type production.

C5 is hella underrated. It had that special/monumental undertone to it and I loved it

Funeral was good but it didn't hit as hard. Had a lot of fire bangers but in terms of longevity, it wasn't that good to me

That really was it, It's not even horrible. It's just spotty. Mona Lisa is a classic wayne track IMO.

Both albums have gems in them.

Mona Lisa is one of the best tracks in Wayne’s discog and this is way after Wayne reached his commercial peak.

C5 is a mixed bag but had more hype around it than most legends get. It had more hype than any of the last 2 Ye/Em projects and more than 4:44 too, at least when it first dropped. Don't really get how it could be unerrated.

C5 has some songs i return to, but i don't think you can go back to it as a full project like C2, C3, D2 etc.

I feel like they’re both underrated and also overrated. As a long time Wayne fan I was hyped on first listens but they both had zero replay value for me

C5 had replay value to general public. It was 40th best selling album of 2019 (a year after release) and that includes streaming numbers. it actually recharted on the 200 albums this week as well (selling more than funeral this week).

let it all work out is still one of my favorite wayne tracks so i’ll always like C5 for giving me that, both definitely had some gems but i don’t really go back to them other than a few tracks

Both was trash. Had a few promising showings but musically wayne is garbage. Uncreative, lacks substance and is is trash at picking beets.
