KTT hates private landlords yet the corporate landlords are FAR more unforgiving and evict people at much higher rates

Bernie XI own several apartment complexes in East LA!
I try to be the chill landlord 😎 whenever there’s appliance issues I stop by myself and take a look at it 👀, whenever tenants are having a hard time paying me, when it comes time to evict them I decorate the notice with stickers and smiley faces lol
It can be tough sometimes, ppl have no idea the mental toll it takes maintaining these properties
