honestly real estate is such a tough game rn from 2010 to 2018 it was ez money but it’s a great investment for higher NW people if they understand what they’re doing

First tenants were my parents who are older now and wanted me to buy a place and rent to them with section 8
Buying a small unit in a multi family complex soon and I can kinda see myself doing this going forward with more units

Husk_KTT hates private landlords yet the corporate landlords are FAR more unforgiving and evict people at much higher rates
yea both suck but the private landlord can sting a bit harder since it is one person holding dominion over your shelter
