I'm trying. My girl just picked the baby up and it's breaking my heart. She said she's been silent the whole time and just looks sad which sucks because that's not the baby we dropped off to them.

There is quite literally nothing I can do about it. DE courts don't even side against the mother for the father, they damn sure aren't doing it for us.

sosAMGHaven’t gone through the thread but fight to stay in that baby’s life bro. Happened to my uncle, kid same age as me we would chill as toddlers and all that, and the baby moms came back changed the boys name so he never found him again ,this pre internet. Unfortunately he passed away from drunk driving last year and THATS how he found him. Crazy part is me and him would chill and go to parties and s*** not knowing my uncle being ate away at not knowing where he is. Kinda got off point but if you love that child then fight to be around. You deserve it, any rational person would say the same
We are trying. That's why we haven't raised too much fuss hopefully just at least keep visitation. It's hard because the family link to the baby (the dad which is my girls brother) is in jail so it's all on the bm and her family how involved we stay. Appreciate the sentiment ❤️

Are you CERTAIN you’re exhausting every possible avenue of recourse? How many people have you spoken to about this? There has to be some typa loophole somewhere to at least give you a foothold. If you love that child and I know you do, make that full time job. If you already are then keep it up and don’t give up. If someone doesn’t have the answers have them point you to someone who might. Etc.
Otherwise stay on her ass until she gives you a reason to call CPS. Best case scenario she has truly turned a new leaf and is fully prepared to give that child the love, attention, and shelter it needs. We’d all love for that to happen. But it probably won’t and you gotta be there to book the evidence.
Not that I’m lawyer or anything but that’s what I would do.

Take pics and save text message and phone call records of when you dropped her off and when she was dropped back off with you.

Nah you're spitting facts we already on the same wave. We are hoping for the best, but definitely my girl is waiting to press that button when she sees some s*** messed up

Also, record the babies general behavior when she’s with you and happy and how she is as soon as she’s dropped off with you.
And who the baby reacts and crawls to when you’re all in the room.
Not exactly solid evidence of anything but it might help somewhat.
