Some grocery stores fired there delivery drivers and are now hiring doordash drivers since they don’t have a union or have to pay insurance etc.

California has raised the minimum wage from $9 to $12 over the last few years. I think since 2014. No price hike in anything except maybe fast food. But everything’s taxed up the a******. But nothing noticeable. We need to reassess rent and property prices. No reason why a studio should be $1200 if minimum wage is $12 and most minimum wage job wont hire full time.
