You need a super majority to pass most bills, so 60 votes. They are passing this through reconciliation which only requires a simple majority but the process takes much longer. Don’t blame the people who try to pass it and push for it in the first place, blame the people openly opposing and hindering it.
The impeachment is over, I assume it will be the top priority now.
