high hopes but low expectations
thank god we're here now tho. his bare minimum will be such an upgrade
Is that 10k loan forgiveness real? I saw that he’s extending the loan repayment pause. If he forgives 10k I’m voting for him next election no matter what else he does
the next 4 years
https://twitter.com/ggreenwald/status/1351709003336843267why people choose to focus on bullshit like this instead of important stuff will be one of life's biggest mysteries
Good thread
We have to hold them accountable to fix this country
I hope they accomplish what they set out to do
Biden will be the most progressive president yet
I hope I'm wrong, but...
I don't expect EVERYTHING to go without a hiccup because even in the Democrats ranks there are still opposing philosophies...but I believe a lot will be able to get done.
I am going to off myself, the people who thought COVID was a hoax and who’s president went golfing as people died are piss mad the guy whose had the job for 7 hours said 20 words at an event right next to his house. Four f***ing years of concern trolling from these f***heads are coming up
I'll give a s*** about the $1400 vs $2000 debate if the Biden administration only gives out one check this year. But I don't see any reason to believe they will fail to reach and even surpass $2000.
my argument against the 1400 + 600 = 2000 stance is that college dependents now only get $1400, so it's not actually $2000
No excuses. Dems got pretty much 2 years to get done what they want to get done. Bills should be getting passed left and right
it's not gonna be easy with a 50/50 split, Democrats have to be united on everything and now there's already talks that they're already disagreeing with each other on certain things smh
if it was Obama era when they had like 60+ then I would say yeah for sure
Synopsis, you're a loser.
I'm trying to have a normal discussion and because you're a basement degenerate you have to succumb to trying to call someone an idiot.
You can't just print infinite money???
Why not??
Why not 20k checks while we are at it for everyone?

Didn't even think about this as a college dependent
Was just happy to even be considered

I feel you, better than nothing for sure
They better give 10k tax credit to those who paid off their student debt in the past few years
Wouldn't be fair to those who paid for college out of savings or working and now many get a cut for free
