- Megan got shot in the foot - I mean severely injured in a small exact spot in her foot since there's no "proof"
- Her friend said it wasn't her
- Tory was the one found with the gun

Even if he didn't shoot her, who was it? They were the only 3 people there, so unless someone was hiding behind a bush, shot her, and sprinted off fast and far enough before the cops got there, it looks like Tory did it
