It was made clear this election the country does not yet want socialism. You see it in the republican house and senate seat gains

i think more of the ideas need to make their way into the mainstream, idk hopefully some good discourse can happen between now and ‘22 and some progressives can gain seats

hopefully m4a or universal healthcare or something post-covid can get enough traction from the public but we have a f***ed up world where people are convinced to vote against their best interest so that’s what gets me down about it
