Apparently the supervisor told him he wasn’t working hard enough so the employee told him to f*** off and somehow a fight broke out between them. After being terminated the employee came back to plead for his job back from his manager and the supervisor decided to block employees car in with his car. Then they exchanged words for about 2 seconds before the supervisor pulled out a gun and popped him
