ââWhen Obama was elected, that was a very important victory,â Davis said when asked about the advance of Black political figures in the U.S. âIt was not a victory in relation to what he actually accomplished during his presidency, but rather what was significant was that young people organized and accomplished something that was considered to be impossible.
âThere were many at that time who didnât think it was possible to elect a Black president, but the peopleâyoung people especiallyârefused to believe that. They struggled and were victorious, demonstrating that when we organize, we can win.â
Literally contradicts herself in her own dialogue

She spoke at my encampment where her partner was faculty and I tried to tell everyone sheâs a collaborationist lib
nobody knew that she endorsed Biden 2020
you'd think CPUSA would feel embarrassment or shame at platforming someone who left the party 30 years ago because they weren't liberal enough, but these people have zero principles

Leftists can only realize the history of these types of figures reactionarily because they have no interest in actual individual inquiry.
Their politics are whatever they see on their instagram stories that matches with their subjective morality, which they want to impose on the entire world.

We Blacks were of course part of the outer section at the school. It included Indians, Indonesians, Koreans, Filipinos, Persians, Egyptians, Arabs and Palestinian Jews from the Middle East, Arabs from North Africa, Algerians, Moroccans, Chinese and several Japanese (hardly a colonial people, but as revolutionaries, identified with the East).
Students had the rights of citizens, voting and participating in local elections. The school discussed and dealt with all the issues which Soviet workers and peasants discussed at their work places. As with all students who pursued courses in higher education in the Soviet Union, we at KUTVA received full room and board, clothes and a small stipend for spending money. There was, of course, no tuition. We used to attend workersâ cultural clubs and do volunteer work, like working Saturdays to help build the Moscow subways. Education for us was not an ivory tower, but a true integration into the Soviet society, where we received firsthand knowledge from our experiences.
The curriculum (which was a three-year course) was based on Marxism-Leninism; that is, the teachings of Marx and Engels as developed by Lenin. It included dialectical and historical materialism, the Marxist world concept; the Marxist theory of class struggle as the motive force of human events; the economic doctrines of Marx: value and surplus value, as a key to understanding history by revealing the economic law of motion. âof modern capitalist societies; Leninâs a***ysis of imperialism, the highest stage of capitalism; theory and tactics of the proletarian revolution and dictatorship of the proletariat and its Soviet state form; the problems of socialist construction; Leninâs theory on the peasant questionâthe alliance of workers and peasants as the base for Soviet power; the national and colonial questions; and the role of the party as vanguard of the proletariat. We also studied the specific history of the CPSU.
this is what they took from us
My only critique of Lenin and Stalin is that they didnt invade India

Ho Chi Minh was a kutva graduate
so was Deng though
No and yes
I asked this because if class consciousness is not rising in the west then we certainly can't rely on them to be the center of revolution. The closest people to revolution are the direct victims of imperialism
I keep seeing dumbass leftcoms dismissing the palestinian resistance as reactionary. I dont know if its just plain old arab racism or if they truly think an independent palestinian state would be an agent of imperialism

its just racism

its always been the case that people living under conditions where contradictions are the sharpest will be more inclined towards revolution yes but also there isnât just a single âcenter of revolutionâ and it never was so, it will be down to the working class in those countries taking advantage of the crisis

I mean is it rising outside of the west?

It's contrarianism + racism
Organized labor is impotent the world over. From Dhaka to Amsterdam. And where its strong its not exactly revolutionary.
