actual question i don't mean this as bait or anything, i know a lot of people in this thread have done organizing before or been involved in irl groups, and the above discussions just kinda provoked me to ask

when it comes to organizing (and im gonna be honest i have a very low opinion of like all western leftist orgs), what level of like "belief purity" or consistency is generally attempted to be maintained? How do you make sure your org doesn't just become the DSA, but also is open enough it can actually grow without constant in-fighting? Leftist circles having personal drama memes and stuff aside for a sec im genuinely curious about what people heres experiences with this stuff is.
