Sep 28, 2021At the end of the day I think (big emphases on I) that the prevalent issues of being black in America are so unbelievably complex that no amount of music addressing it will truly fix anything. I not only recognize but applaud people who use their platforms to speak and bring awareness to some of these issues, but I’m not going to hold someone to the fire for choosing to not directly address some of these things when people expect black and white (no pun intended) answers on a majority gray issue.
