i think its just logic that either there is intelligent life in other planets and/or the goverment is hiding a lot of s*** and that they are more powerful to the public

Im not well versed in this theme, but if our planet exist, with how big is the universe, there are more living beings out there

Let's accept that aliens are here then ask why tho. People have theorized that these sightings are only the scouts which can only imply they have interest in us too. If they are capable of such feat then it shouldn't be impossible for them to make direct contact then. Humans already sent out crafts that tells the universe that we exist (Golden Record) yet we don't have spacefaring ships, the aliens should have more advanced than us in every ways

Ok so why no direct contacts so far really. People are saying they are taking "observator" role, viewing mankind as if we are exhibits. How did they end up with this decision? Was there no opposite camps? Are they a monolith society? I think it's unacceptable for this decision to maintain for so long. And about the scouts this approach is not the best way for the observants too, they are still intrusive and can raise suspicions like the discussion literally unfolding itt
