Still extremely cheesy and corny but they pulled it off and it was pretty good
Me and my cousin were literally talking about what the mid credits would be and we literally called it happening like that. We just looked at each other like oh s*** we guessed it

I wonder if they’ll put Rouge in the next one.
I always liked the storyline of her as a double agent working for the government. Maybe they can spin it so she’s working with the government after getting caught stealing something since she is a jewel thief. That may have been the case in Adventure 2 I don’t even remember

Nah she was always an agent for GUN the entire time in SA2. Which is dope since now that this movie introduces GUN, that's an easy way to bring her in.
In Sonic Adventure 2, GUN had assigned her to double cross Eggman and gather as much info on "Project Shadow" as she could.
They could literally just rip that story straight from the games

You are right and I agree with you, but dam Metal Sonic is a big part in the classic games. Maybe they’ll mix it in with Shadow as well in 3, but it seems like so much ground to cover

You gotta remember this nigga Shadow debuted in 2001, Metal Sonic debuted in 1993. I understand their decision
