They’ve thrown two entire generations away, that loyalty isn’t going to shift.
Microsoft isn’t going to magically find a way to make the new Xbox cheaper while being on par with the PS6. The materials cost what they cost.
The price of the console and games will be the same as PlayStation.
They only thing they can do is dangle the physical thing in front of people in hopes to pull maybe 1 out of every 100 people away from PS and towards them.
Either next gen fails entirely and people outright reject consoles or things remain how they’ve been for almost 15 years now.

PS6 doesn't have anything positive going for it at the moment, not even their lineup of exclusives have been super well-regarded this decade
