I'm someone that frequents the mall regularily. Went to EB games and Walmart, and you know what I see in the gaming sections?
No one.
People aren't tumbling to go out to buy their games in store when they can just press pay and it's ready for you.
The used game shop in the UK (Cex) is still busy when I go in
1k console to play naughty dog movie game #7 which they'll never put on sale
Wait now the $1000 seems worth it
Intergalactic’s going to be digital only game isn’t it…
Seems like it’ll drop a little bit before the PS6 and it’ll probably have a PS6 performance update as soon as the console releases
Yeah it’ll probably be the last big exclusive game like TLOU2 was for ps4
But uh one new game a generation lmfao
We’ll be on ps7 by the time they finish the next one
damn man
Won't be able to flip many PS6s
That PS5 drop was special
PS6 launch could be a disaster. profit margins are f***ed because of data centres, there's no need for it at an industry level and no want for it at a consumer level, people are still saying the PS5 has no games, and now you can't even own them. s*** shouldn't come out til like 2030 tbh.
better than the epic launcher
Now that is actually terrible
this is good now yall can stop s***tin on gta 6 good call strauss
Spider-Man 3 is gonna be the first AAA game with no physicals on shelves that’s why it’s 2028
Why you think they said "Nah f*** that we're not putting SpiderMan Remastered on disc"

okay so what can xbox do to take the heat of sony
Fire 50% of their workforce
okay so what can xbox do to take the heat of sony
oh they still have their mass layoffs queued up
I've been buying digital copies myself, have a series x with 0 physical games and a digital ps5. The problem for me is that after finishing a game you simply cant trade it in or return it. I'd really appreciate if gaming corporations could let us trade/sell licenses to owned games for a discounted price. I don't need to keep a copy of Assassins creed for the rest of my life. I'd rather pass it on for 5$ in store credit than keeping it on my account just because
that's by far my biggest problem with it all. i trade in games i know i'm not gonna replay to pick up something new a lot. i know the market in the US sucks for that since there's no stores dedicated to it like Cex, but still.
“Movie game”
Last of us 1 is one of my favorite games ever. Absolutely a movie game lol
why are people so confident in Microsoft all of a sudden? They're going to ride the same horse as Sony. Even more merrily now that Sony did it first.
The same microsoft that wants you to rent your games every month.
