My comment isn’t pro-corporation dumb f***. The point is that old formats get replaced with new formats, that’s the natural progression of technology. Crying about it is pathetic in the wake of real world issues like war, genocide, poverty, etc. genuinely you are all drama queens.

This isn’t just a format change because every disc currently in existence won’t be backwards compatible in anyway that’s major to many . Some have mainly done physical for 25 years . To say “ good luck to your library “ even of the last 15 years meant they have to retain ps4s and PS5s to play their games . Which will lead to a rise in remakes . When the easiest way to make ps6 worth it was even if less games on disc first party side , third party and all previous generations have a way to be played on it .
