  • I literally just got locked out of my psn after trying to come back , I used PayPal so I cant verify any card , my email was yahoo (of course I switched yahoo to gmail like any normal person) and lost my transaction mail , and I put a fake birthday because I was underage , I’m completely locked out of my account

    Don’t worry, since you did it through PayPal you have an email from them for every purchase, that’s proof of purchases tied to your psn account so you you can contact Sony, show them that, and get back into your account that way

    Sony is pretty chill about getting you back into your account you just prove identity, with something like PayPal receipts

    Don’t worry, since you did it through PayPal you have an email from them for every purchase, that’s proof of purchases tied to your psn account so you you can contact Sony, show them that, and get back into your account that way

    I tried and they said the PayPal receipts aren’t enough , literally has the Sony id right in the email , the company is idiotic

    wait but what about the unique transaction IDs in the emails from PlayStation themselves? Is your old email totally unsalvageable?

    I’ve never switched from yahoo to Gmail but doesn’t that mean your Gmail is now attached to the ps account? seems like there’d have to be a way for an account tied to an inactive email to be switched to a new email?
