Create a PlayStation home where you can walk around and look at your game collection / share them with friends

and they only do that as a way to entice people to use their storefront because physicals offer competition

with the competition gone, everyone is forced to use their storefront and they no longer have a reason to do things like that anymore

Microsoft is trying to give disc games a digital entitlement which is a good way to solve it . Game disc haven’t been spinning in a while because you put in a disc then install every time it’s not reading live off disc . Sucks for collectors editions though

Anyway this generation will end soon anyway so I don't expect Sony to give us many PS5 exclusives before the PS6 is out.

I disagree, they offer GOW for free like that to get subscribers. And people will and do cancel if the offerings go down in quality, so they still have a reason for the offerings to be good

I’m not even attacking physical media, I’m just saying there’s so many benefits to digital and whenever I see an argument against digital it’s always taking something out of context or putting spin on it
