Mark Moschinoah i missed their posts, this thread is going a mile a minute, fandom is just so weird about criticism of the thing they like. But thats the s***ty part of late capitalism i guess where liking an entertainment property has unfortunately become a core part of some peoples personality, so they conflate your criticism of the movie with criticism of them as people

They saw it as a second chance at life being that they were dead in their universes, so I think they were just going back to their normal criminal activities that they were up to before they got transported
they were in a totally different universe in a different time what normal criminal activities could they continue... oscorp doesn't even exist

Opinions on media are literally just fun things to have. They’re not a reflection of anything about your character, and they are not set in stone. They are in flux, and will change with time. All you can do is be honest. If you start liking something less because of criticism, your initial love might have actually been shallow in the first case. In which case, no biggie, you had an experience, plenty of other things out there to love.

1. “All they do is mess with timelines”…huh? The only movie beforehand we’ve seen multiple timelines come up in was Endgame, and in that movie they stressed multiple times that if you don’t return things to how they originally are then bad things can happen
2. Peter doesn’t actually know these guys are mass murderers, all he knows is that Spider Man killed them, and for all he knows the Spider Men in their universes could be evil because he himself as Spider Man has never killed anyone
