Social anxiety is hard, but there's way to accommodate it. Why not go to some bars to meet people? Become a regular at the gym? Go play disc golf (that's a great way to meet people)

Don’t gotta be social every single day, but it’s good to put yourself out there, if even once a week. Maybe set up a study session at the lib with some classmates or friends one week, hit up a party the other week, go to a club meeting the third week, etc

No clubs worth my interest. I already do the library seshes. Frat parties are the only main parties and it’s no men allowed only women. House parties are for like those with a friend group already
