Star Wars: Tales of the Empire is an upcoming six-part animated anthology series and sequel to the anthology series Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi, focusing on the characters Barriss Offee and Morgan Elsbeth. First announced at Celebration Europe 2023 as simply the second season of Tales of the Jedi, it was formally announced as Tales of the Empire with the release of a trailer on April 4, 2024 with a release date of May 4.2

TALES OF THE JEDI

Tales of the Jedi is an American animated anthology series created by Dave Filoni and Charles Murray for the streaming service Disney+. It explores different Jedi characters from the prequel trilogy era.

THE BAD BATCH

The series follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in The Clone Wars) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. This show connects with events after The Clone Wars and before Rebels.

VISIONS

Star Wars: Visions, an Original Series of animated short films, celebrates the Star Wars galaxy through the lens of the world’s best anime and animation creators from all over the world. Returns to Disney+ May 4th.

THE CLONE WARS

Trailer has minor spoilers for the first 4 seasons. Set during the three years between the prequel films Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The Clone Wars was a massive ratings success, becoming one of Cartoon Network's highest rated shows during its initial run. The series has also garnered a massive fan following, with many considering it to be one the greatest Star Wars projects ever made.

REBELS

Been watching rebels and I actually enjoy it more than clone wars

damn Rebels is pretty great I still like The Clone Wars more though but the last 3 season of Rebels are great, love season 2

I'm honestly shocked with how much I love it

The animation style
I'm a prequel nut but it's really cool seeing all the OT stuff in animation

yeah the way it does some of the stuff is great and the animation style is next-level
love the way everything looks in-universe i remember people hating on it at the time but fr it's really cool how the whole style looks

Been rewatching everything. On season 5 of TCW. The Umbara arc really was top notch

God I love this show so much
Aside from R2 and Threepio, I've been indifferent to droids but Chopper is so loveable

Really don't want this season to end I'm spacing it.

I don't know, but from a marketing standpoint it would be smarter for em to hold off until + is available WV. Clone Wars got a dedicated fan base

It is all pretty linear but you don’t have to watch it all in order to get what you need/want

If you watch the video he’ll list great episodes to follow with a ongoing narrative for those episodes

It's not garbage but it's pretty much what you expect it to be. It's for kids even more so than Rebels was. Animation style is pretty cool and the story is there bur you have to deal with a lot of s*** specifically aimed at like 8 year olds.
