I’m playing through Fallen Order right now for the first time and I despise the backtracking you have to do once you complete your objectives. Half of my f***ing playtime is just me trying to get back to the ship.

Is Survivor the same?

You only pretty much backtrack when you get back to the ship to change planets, but there are rest points now, so you can just travel back to the spot at the beginning.

Probably the worst map I've seen in a game. Went back to a planet, had no idea how to get to the objective and just dropped the game

The first game feels really bad to play and often times unfair. I wanted to like it but I really hate it.

gameplay & customization wise it’s an improvement, the first is better in every other way outside of those two things

Agreed. Story and planets are a big downgrade imo

EA are good people for giving out games for $1

size of Koboh and Jedha was better than Fallen Order

saying the story is bad or worse than the first is iffy to me because i really liked Vader and Dagan Gera in Survivor and the Bode twist was actually pretty good for a video game

EA backporting this to previous gen as a brand new game is comedy
