why is this single player game 155 f***ing GB

i thought game sizes were supposed to get smaller lol

that sounds pretty bad, hope most of these performance issues are fixed by the time it gets discounted

I figure it'll be in the $45 range by late summer.

Eh I prefer the 4k mode anyways, this is one of the best looking games out so playing it on a performance mode feels wrong

i've always been performance over looks tbh, unless it's true 4k and stable/minimum 60 fps, i'll pass

personally overall I agree with you, but some games I’m ok with 30fps.

If it’s a third person shooter like re4 or horizon then you need to aim and move the camera a lot so I need 60fps for those games. Especially first person games like subnautica, deathloop, metro, etc

On the other hand, something like this where there’s lots of cutscenes and no aiming in combat, I’m ok with 30fps.

i just personally like the fluidity of 60fps, 30 always has this sluggish pan to me, but obviously bearable. mfs really say "it hurts my eyes and makes me nauseous" lol

the first 3 hours of the game was running over 50 most the time

it seems like they optimized the start of the game a lot more

games are suppose to be smaller on the new consoles but that’s only if the developers take the time to optimize for the built in compression

most won’t though since they aren’t even optimized to hold 30fps lol

Sorry but where is this BS about performance mode being s***? I'm playing on ps5 and it looks amazing. Holds up really well

Performance was perfect on coruscant but ive cracked twice on the open world part of the second planet now

Game of the year regardless this s*** is godly

I could play this game forever just killing s*** in the open world because the animations are just that good

can i do anything here lol or is it part of the quest
