Watching A New Hope for the first time in years and it’s a lot better than I remember.

This would have been almost mind blowing to watch in 1977

It’s such a wholesome lighthearted fun upbeat movie with so much passion yet like tight enough to keep it fresh, that’s why it will always be the number one for me

Every time I’m about to buy a movie ticket to watch this I keep hesitating to do. I haven’t watched a movie in theaters since black panther lol.

I would love to see the OG trilogy redone and modernized.

S*** was meh. Worst thing is that it was basically just a generic sci-fi action blockbuster, it just didn't have the soul that good SW movies do for me

Anyone a fan of the Expanded Universe? I just bought a few of the Legends books. I know they’re not canon anymore but a lot of people swear it’s still some of the best SW content

I’ve read all of the Thrawn books, and a few others. They’re pretty entertaining.

One of the ones I bought was actually Heir to the Empire, I hear that’s one of the best ones

It’s my favorite but all of them are pretty similar. The newer trilogy of Thrawn books are good too.
