my rent with utilities and everything averages out to about 920-930 every month and that's for a studio apt that was converted into a 1 bedroom with my view being a condemned hotel that has homeless ppl crawling in and out of it constantly...went with this spot because it was close to my job at the time and it's pretty quiet and chill here but definitely paying too much for what I'm getting...and I live in f***in Nebraska smh
