I've seen that, im not entirely sure how it has no lactose tho?
Also from what I understand everyone's body produces less lactase as they age, so people just get more lactose sensitive.
Which is why in cultures where milk is a staple in the diet you also find that they eat foods that preserve enzyme levels to break down the lactose.
