dimension x being vecna’s pure stronghold makes sense considering his history with it as a child and how he was sent there. I knew the emphasis on the upside down being a time capsule would come into play and it did. I personally like their mission plans. It gives off true adventure type s\*\*\* when you come up with something a roll with it. Comic book almost.

Onto characters, Nancy and Jonathon stole the show. Their unproposal break up was great imo. Steve and Dustin’s mending and then scene in the SQWK was great too. Lucas and Max wonderful as well. Karen getting the lick back was cool. The hero speech max gave to Holly paired with running up that hill. Good full circle. I thought Derek would be clutch, but not I’m not giving up hope on him. The Beanstalk plan is ripe for sacrifice. I’m nervous.

I disagree. I’ll have to double check, but it was created when El sent him back to dimension x. Before Henry had gone with the equipment he got from the guy in the tunnel. He went to the cave and was in dimension x. El forced him back and it was created.

I personally don’t see it as a hamstrung explanation. My only gripe is the unavailability of the play. But I get it, putting that in front of the eyeballs of millions before the final season where you plan to show it would undercut the season.
