I disagree. I’ll have to double check, but it was created when El sent him back to dimension x. Before Henry had gone with the equipment he got from the guy in the tunnel. He went to the cave and was in dimension x. El forced him back and it was created.
I personally don’t see it as a hamstrung explanation. My only gripe is the unavailability of the play. But I get it, putting that in front of the eyeballs of millions before the final season where you plan to show it would undercut the season.
agree w this take. i actually saw the play this past week and it explains a lot of lore about henry. was hoping this vol 2 would go more into it...fingers crossed they explain it in the final episode. also hope the play comes to streaming similar to how hamilton did

When s5 is viewable from start to finish, I don’t think it will be hated as vol 2 seems to be now.
