Damn, I wish I knew you were interested when we were getting this ready in November. There's five matches left and everyone's submitted fits for those matches but if you're game we're thinking of having some fit battles during the two week intermission between rounds one and two and you could potentially participate in those if we can get em going. Also WDYWT will be open again during those two weeks and it's always important to have that going especially during SW breaks (big reason why I'm not high on the idea of a loser's bracket) and these past few years some of the best times to post in there are inbetween rounds since everyone that's not participating/people that lost are charged up to get fits off. Plus new blood in there is always welcomed and important.

Also, I've seen you post in other threads in the section but it's good to see you in here too and I hope that you keep voting (people really sleep on how important voter turnout is). There's good fits in each of these last five matches and the ones I have slated for Monday and Wednesday to close out the round are highlights to me and every match in Round Two (currently slated for February 11th, gonna have an update on that and other things after I call this match around 12 EST) onward is going to be crazy.

Really appreciate you being up for this s*** though and I'll let you know of any dropouts if they come up.

yeah, i'm really tepid about fit pics generally, but seeing this thread pop off got me inspired to throw my name in. that and OP listing two or three people as not submitting fits yet.

i'd be down for some fit battles during the intermission though. and could maybe dip my toes in wdywt if that doesn't come together.

will definitely keep voting and keep an eye on this. appreciate the effort you put into the section

Regarding the list in OP, I stopped updating it once the battles started on the 11th because at that point I had to just go with what I had to get things rolling and work through those who hadn't submitted on time as they came so my bad on that.

Love hearing that in regards to being inspired by SW - seeing people, participants and spectators alike, come away from SW with that feeling is one of the best things about the whole event. In general if you're lukewarm on fit pics, I think it's best to start in WDYWT (everyone should start there honestly) and that'll be open again on the 28th.

Appreciate the kindness too, but this a community effort - SW and the section as a whole - that benefits me far beyond the bit of organizational work I gotta do.

@takti @Satan @everyone that liked what Takti said, it's not like I have some unilateral authority to throw out someone participating and even if I did everyone would be clamoring to see em/what my reasoning was

Plus if you're talking s*** like Tezzzz been what better arena to face that than Style Wars.

I've been slating the start of the second round for February 4th but can already tell, that we'll need more time so round 2 is now set to begin on February 11th

WDYWT will be open during this intermission

@helmut_lame @mythic_ and others have discussed interest in getting fit battles going during this time so that might be happening as well, please let me or @helmut_lame know if you are interested in participating in one

Podcast episodes will be going up during the intermission as well - @takti @Satan @Firmaments my bad on being slow on locking down a time, am set on figuring that out this weekend
