This match is closing soon but before it does I wanted to speak on something:

For the most part everyone here enjoys that the environment of the section is conducive to s*** talking and participates in it (whether you're front line or popcorn) to the point that it's considered vital to the health of the section. And no better place for that than Style Wars, right?

So why were people coming at that boy Bickle different to the point of rescinding votes when he was just s*** talking fits like so many have before him (and at least one case I confirmed voting against him for it)?

Yeah he deserved to be checked for that calves comment in WDYWT but mad people past and present that talk reckless have multiple moments where they deserve to be checked, get checked and we keep it moving and as long as they're staying fitted that hostility is appreciated and seen as vital for the health of the community.

So what's different here? Even if this wasn't his best showing, man put up a good set of fits and has a strong body of work (check the archives) and kept it to the fits with the chatter....which is what style wars is all about.

And Meth is a great, kind person but it's not about that either and I know that from personal experience. Encouragement and friendliness are my way and I've been s*** on plenty over the years - and I got absolutely no problem with that - and anyone here I think knows they can catch heat whenever, especially in style wars.

To anyone that did not vote or voted on anything besides the fits, that's just hurting the event and the community as a whole. Honest turnout (not just numbers but true to what you think the best fits are) is important, it's why I always quote new voters and let em know that I appreciate it and hope that they continue voting. Anything beyond that, well that's what the thread is for - you got smoke for Bickle, let him know, doesn't seem like he has any problem taking it and if you got love for Meth, give him some feedback or hit him up, very friendly person that's steadily been progressing.

Pretty sure both of us trolling — this s*** wasn’t that deep for me. At the end of the day I barely liked either set of fits so it wasn’t too hard to rescind my vote. I knew Travis would win regardless
