none of the kids will "win". the show will end with them having destroyed each other (not fully, but destroying each other's chances of succeeding their father). because logan never had a successor and the kids fought one another for it, they will destroy what he built, or at least lose control of what he built. logan's legacy will be tarnished because for all his business success, he was a s*** father. his memory will fade and he will be forgotten to history, and the name Roy will not carry any meaning in a matter of 1 or 2 decades following his death.

One of my favorite parts about this show is that slow realization that builds up the longer you watch that this is not just another fictional rich family. Like these people have real power. I feel like this past episode might have been that point for a lot of people

None of them even mentioned Logan's funeral being the next day until the very end Crazy episode, I think episode 2, 3 and this one are some of my favorites of the whole show

Kendall been trying to snake the CEO position away from his siblings since Logan died and this episode was the first time he was honest with Shiv about it

they're all snakes but they keep it in the family usually. Shiv going double agent with a dude they can't stand made them vicious.

Kendall and Rome swore that the moment they had together when Logan died was real and they'd take charge of the company equally. But then she's kept in the dark about them trying to tank the deal and OKing the bad press about Logan

She sought a way in with Matson because she didn't feel her position was secure with them and rightfully so. Kendall wants the CEO position for himself and is trying to acquire GoJo without them knowing, Rome was probably pushing Mencken so hard to benefit himself down the line. They all making moves behind each other's backs, Shiv just got caught

Yeah but this Swedish situation feels extra slimey for some reason but I agree they're all selfish d***heads with no right to point fingers at each other.

But Kendall even called her a "piece of dirt", like he feels she crossed a line this time. Just how I interpreted it.

Shiv should've brought up them icing her out and told Roman about Kendall saying that he wants to be sole CEO, would've knocked him off that high horse

Kendall telling Tom to watch it when he was talking s*** to Shiv felt like a genuine moment though, loved that

Still rooting for Kendall and hope Shiv has something of a happy ending. At least she'll have her baby.

I thought that talk Kendall had with Shiv was interesting because that's how I suspect the show is ending. Kendall having to choose between CEO and his siblings

I'm not a fan of open to interpretation endings in series but I don't think I'd mind if Succession had one
