I really disagree with the Eminem point.
You don't have to like someone's music, but I honestly and truly think people don't force themselves to like bad music for some ulterior motive save small anomalies.
People just like the s*** because they like the s***. People have different tastes. Please tell me you understand that people can and do feel differently than you about some things in the world.
Also, I feel like liking something because of the race of the person who made it is a weird reason to like something. I can't see many people doing that, but I admit that it is hypothetically possible.

Anyone born in Gen z who isn’t a white hiphop Stan only knows Em was taken serious as a rapper because of forums or just becoming hiphop history buff in general.

When we grew up our earliest memories and first impressions of Em were post-Eminem Show him as a goofy white rapper with catchy silly songs that was elevated above the white rapper image. Sure 8 Mile/Lose Yourself existed and we knew of that but that was slightly before our time. Same with Stan
