these videos are often under 25 minutes (except Terry) so for this one to be 35 minutes long we're either getting 2 character reveals or a new gameplay feature
we'll most likely get 2 different cinematic scenes

He does not have to hint at the next character. He’s never done this before and he doesn’t have to now.
That being said I wouldn’t be surprised if we actually get 2 fighters revealed tomorrow.
Or 3 even considering there were 3 question marks.

Probably 3. Unless sakurai wants this to be his last smash and has pulled all the stops I dont see him adding over 10 dlc characters.
