Rewatching Monday when I’m off

Might rewatch Toy Story 5 and this Monday

Friends I went with absolutely hated it.

Gonna go once more cause I missed the first 10is minutes

Visually I thought the movie was pretty good, definitely a cut above the late DCEU and late mcu movies. Obviously a very different aesthetics than the comics

I think the overall story beat was good but poor execution.

The krypton and flashbacks >>>

The dialouge, jokes, needle drops <<<. You could tell they were just using the needle drops as filler because they were on their 3rd composer, last needle drop might be one of the worst I witness.

While I dont think 56% is accurate its not far off. A lot of problems with this one but also had potential.

Im bit worry about Ana script skills, even if this was f***ed due to all the development its still a very shaky script.

Althought disappointing especially after the high hopes and expectations I had. I think its serviceable and not a bomb that's it being made to be. DCU will be fine as long as clayface, lanterns and MOT hit

Lmfao it had some “ are they serious “ writing and needle drops . I don’t know if I’m hate level . This and disclosure day both fake so derivative . I don’t know why they don’t do focus Fritos for scripts or plotting because some of the patterns are just dry

I don’t think word of mouth will be great but that did all those promo deals so will be okay

2 isn’t true unless you only mean CBMs

Primarily cbm but even all when it comes to action

Definitely a 7/10 film, was pretty fun and overall makes me hyped to see Supergirl in Gunns, “Man of Tomorrow”. Action was good and seeing the small portions of Superman again, so good.

Also proves Grace Randolph is a weirdo, complaining to complain and has no idea what she talks about, after watching the film, stuff that she complained about makes sense. She’s a weirdo.

Very bland and forgettable movie

Also 4DX was freaking crazy but the 3D was not great, I’m going to watch it again next week in standard

Film was fun and DC not in danger

I read the comic book awhile ago and thought it was great (I don't like most comic books for the record). How on earth could you f*** up an adaptation of it? I'll check it out for myself, but I can't believe you could make a bad or mediocre movie with the budget this has.
