Yeah it was a moderate hit, definitely the most loved superhero film of the year, but superhero films across the board in 2025 kinda all performed average overall

Think it might have the spider verse effect where the first one did aight but with the film being on streaming and people watching the movie and discovering it at home then folks who skipped superman see it and it makes way more money than the first,
