Photography copyright is pretty simple. The person who clicks the button on the camera is the 100% owner of said photograph unless there is a contract or proveable agreement in place saying otherwise

RAINN says consent must be clearly and freely communicated. She obviously said No dont upload these photos, he by definition ignored her and did not get consent. As long as no contracts were signed/agreements were made, he likely has the right to post these. He is still ethically and morally wrong for posting these
