Iraq conventional war is the most impressive military feat seen since. Force of 600k+ defeated in 5 weeks. Compare that RU vs UA's 200k force going on 5 months. The remainder of the conflict was a counter insurgency. Nobody wins those.

lmao whenever y'all liberal shills talk about emotions and s*** all it does is give away how y'all view this s***. nothing more than a game, where the most important part is that you were right. actual consequences are irrelevant and the fact that s*** impacts real human lives is secondary.

    as i said, pure scum.

Correct, because no one is going to war. If the US does a show of force, China, being the power with the weaker military and more to lose economically, will balk.

US has plenty to lose economically, maybe more than China

35% of semiconductors & 93% of advance semiconductors are made on the island

the loss of this production would make the COVID supply issues look like a joke

the largest Company in the US, Apple (valued at 2t+) has almost 100% of their semiconductor production on that lil Island

it would probably cause a 1930s style depression

America would be unable to produce top of the line Drones & plenty of military gear without advance semiconductors also if you wanna game out how a WW3 style event would look

CPU fabrication foundries take years to build this supply wouldn't come back online in time

China derives a greater percentage of its GDP from trade than the US, it would hit both countries hard for sure though

GDP trade balances don't paint the whole picture, simplistic way of viewing these things

tons of stuff we produce require Taiwan which is separate and is sold to countries that aren’t China

yeah it would be a disaster for the entire world

With the CHIPS act this won't be true in 5-10 years but we should still defend Taiwan regardless
