    real. i dunno why but i HATE being on the phone like i actually dread it. i’ve overcome most of my anxieties, but this one won’t go away no matter how often i do it. so weird.

    Pretty much just practice unless you want a full desensitization program. You can ask chat gpt for that or just for tips and s***

  • I hate talking on the phone too op. Had to do that s*** for my old job too. Especially when you’re calling to someone who’s mad or angry. Like ppl will scream at you and s*** when they can’t see your face while I gotta stay friendly. Plus I lowkey can’t hear s*** on phones, my hearing f***ed I guess.

    Probably a few phrases that you'll use every call that u can write down @OP

    This will free up your mind a little bit from having to recite from memory everytime

    Might sound stupid in theory but try it out, congrats on having a job i guess too

  • exposure therapy. im terrible on the phone. its okay to slip up and make mistakes when you speak, just apologize, correct yourself, and keep it moving.
