Apr 13I wouldn’t say the act made me anxious; it’s just that the potential blowback of having a bad exp with a client.
But I’ve been doing a s***ty trouble shooting for now 2 years, talked to all the foulest clients, and I’m the least accredited person to do support out of our whole office. I know very little about the product
Tl;dr - a caveman could do this s*** @op. Just be polite and you’ll usually have a good enough call
