i want to be clearer and be able to think in a more focused manner. how do you properly meditate and what are your experiences with meditation.
never meditated but honestly brother what i'd recommend doing is putting your time into s*** you love or are interested in. learn some new s***, dabble in arts.
I get a f***ed up headspace here in there when I go into defense mode and s***, but i'm always level headed.
Just gotta learn to be happy with yourself, if you're not already. Find s*** to help you escape reality for a lil especially the given circumstances.
Think of your conscious mind as a river and your thoughts are leaves just floating on top.

The river thing is good
Just observe ambient sounds & imagine them taking shape on their own like you would with music. When you hear wind blow leaves just think about the texture of that sound detached from the source
Just a good excersise in becoming more comfortable or familiar with your thoughts with no other stimuli going on

How do you think you got there? I tend to do mindful with a bit of transcendental mantra’ing for centering
meditating 15 to 20 mins a day for 30 days now, feels kinda great sometimes. Skin is improving. I also combine it with wim hof breathing right before meditating, it enhances it a lot. Just need to up it to 40 mins a day.

ve read an article that said: very low stress levels can change grey hair to old color, now it is not like I have grey hair, but this is what it definitely leads to!
OP get into it, start 5 mins a day, then after 2 weeks 10 etc. etc. Just keep doing it
