tough time going to sleep because some anxiety problems, i'll stay up too late just looking through googling symptoms and it'll get me freaked out. even on a good night though, it takes a bit for me to unwind and go to bed because my sleep schedule is all out of wack. for those who are dealing with this how do you handle?
Establish a bed time, no later than 1 am, stick with this bedtime even during the weekend to get your body used to it
Cut out PC and PHONE use an hour before your bed time, also apply a night time filter
Have a pre bedtime ritual(brush teeth, reading a book, etc.)
Get an exercise routine(check the fitness section for a variety of these)
Supplement with melatonin
If you still cant sleep try staying up all night until the following night to tire yourself out
