tough time going to sleep because some anxiety problems, i'll stay up too late just looking through googling symptoms and it'll get me freaked out. even on a good night though, it takes a bit for me to unwind and go to bed because my sleep schedule is all out of wack. for those who are dealing with this how do you handle?
I stay up till I crash the next day I just try to be productive while I do it
