That chainsaw scene was genuinely unhinged that I audibly started laughing and I truly felt like a weirdo in the middle of that theater

From a 30-40 grand budget indie first film, to a crowdfunded second film, to the biggest film in America
just finished the second film, and holy s***, what a major upgrade this is from the first film. most of the issues that i had with the first film have been mainly erased, all while still having that nasty spirit that gave the original film its notoriety. can't wait to watch the third film.
also, anyone else think that Art the Clown is just a silly goose?

Interesting, I actually love the first movie. I like to lofi feel to it, bad acting aside lol
Just peeped 3, another heater need 4 asap
I just watched the first two for the first time last week and I for some reason feel like I’ve been a fan for a long time
I’m not to scared to say that I haven’t watched this trilogy, but I’ve heard crazy things from this.
i liked this one but a lil less than i liked 2
as expected it had some great kills but the kills hit a little less when they’re characters that are unlikeable and feel like they only show up in the movie to die in the same scene they’re introduced
complaints aside i’m excited for more to come
I thought it was good, but 2's still the best imo. I appreciate this one feeling more like an actual movie (and maybe objectively better tbh), but 2 is so weird, it's unique to itself. The plot is so loose and the way it's scored and filmed makes it surreal and dreamlike. At times it's so bad it kind of loops back around into being really good lol. Obviously you can't recapture that magic again, though.
Really curious how the 4th one will turn out. There's tons of backstory (mainly with the dad) that I hope they explain.
Beautiful sight to see

I really enjoyed it. It felt like a better version of 2 and 2 was a good movie (little bloated but good). Gore and kills went there, which I appreciated. Not too many movies "go there" nowadays and many that try fail.
the shower scene elite, final sequence elite, opening scene great. Happy they killed the nerdy brother too, he was annoying.
One thing I feel needs substantial improvement is the dialogue. Between Gabby and Sienna it was pretty rough. Leone needs a co-writer for dialogue.
My fave of the series. Excellent.
Guy who plays art says "he'll never sexually assault someone, that's a line we won't cross"
But the jihad on kids/ratting a woman isn't worse? Lol
Went crazy with the creative ways of killing, and love the gore
Now I gotta watch 1 and 2 so I can rate 3 a 9/10 instead of 7 because I was kinda lost on the story.
It wasn't too gorey to the point where it was cheesey that's what I was worried about
This is the type of franchise where I would see 5 more of these and I’d encourage them to get increasingly convoluted
