I love Wayne but it isn’t one of the best or greatest.

Carter 3 was too commercial, II was Wayne at his peak

Also 4>>>>>> 5. Way more memorable slappers on that one 5 was pretty mid

Funeral woulda gotten the love it deserved if it was called Carter 6

He lost direction a little after Carter 3

It still bothers me that Wayne changed the format of the Carter albums

I like it when the intro, interlude, and outro all shared the same beat

Grew up on all these albums. I can remember where I was when I first heard C3 to this day

He got that from Jay doing that on Vol 3
