Wayne was hands down one of if not the best rapper of all time in his prime though.
Dude was bodying verses on mixtapes, hits, cuts, and features at the same time. He was untouchable in that sense.
I honestly don’t think Wayne has a problem with anyone in the rap game he just be to himself
real nigga
Who hate wayne in 2022?
i can't believe we live in a universe where Wayne gets positive YouTube comments under his videos
Theyre both self hating blacks theyd be great friends
man you need to get slapped
Y’all just be talking s*** trying to re write history just because y’all stan the nigga, I don’t f*** with em but to say wayne run was anywhere near him from 2000-2005 is a f***ing lie if we talking about the biggest? Wayne run was not seeing 50 or em those niggas sold over 10 million had multiple number ones on one album wayne never did that at all..50 was so hot he didn’t even need the label to push candy shop he leaked that s*** on his own and still went number 1.. thats how you have s*** on “lock”
i don't agree with most of your comments, but this one is facts. People forget that Eminem and 50 Cent were the biggest rappers ever during their prime. Wayne is Kanye and Jay level of big
We had Barry Bonds and See You in my Nightmares at their peaks so I’m happy with what we got tbh
Would be nice to have Kanye make Wayne shine again tho
Two very overhated songs fr
I’d just like some Ye produced Wayne bc Ye in his bag with the beats and Wayne in his bag with the raps rn
Or even a Wayne feat on Kanyes next s***
You niggas confuse bigger with better (pause)
At no point during the 2000s was Wayne bigger than Em
true but no one was(maybe except 50). I know people hate Eminem here, but HE IS the biggest rapper ever and that will never change. No one is on his level commercially, that's just facts.

Overhated ?
They’re both fire
Nigga I was in high school lol
Lmao I vividly remember that era and was a huge Wayne fan in those years leading up
his flow never was the same after he came home and those sales looked funny when Kanye em Drake were all hotter and didn’t sell that much lol
he came home to hustle hard remix. pls dont make me activated my wayne stan card in 2022

Drake in Views/Scorpion era is arguably bigger than Em ever was.
Oh ok cute
Never mind then.
Swore I saw an interview and he was asked a question about Ye and acted like he didn’t know who that is. But also Wayne is a very nonchalant stoic character
I think u talking bout when they asked him bout sunday service and he ain't know what that was
he came home to hustle hard remix. pls dont make me activated my wayne stan card in 2022
Fire flame remix >>

If you want black people locked up just say that
The 38-year-old was found to be carrying a gun and bullets when police searched a private plane in Miami in December 2019. He faced up to 10 years in prison.
Gtfo out of here man
There are genuinely innocent black men still behind bars
Wayne was bigger than all of them 2006-2012
2012? If we’re being honest it was like 2007-2010. Which is a great run but we already saw him slowing down around 2011
Wayne was extremely dominant during his run but it wasn’t a long run objectively
I remember thinking in real time that C4 selling that much was weird and that Baby must be buying copies lol
He wasn’t as hot as he was in 08 let alone as hot as Drake
People also s***ted on the album when it dropped (When it Waynes it pours, Wayne getting outshined on the tracks not featuring him)
Wayne's run definitely wasn't bigger than Em in the 2000's fam and Wayne is my Goat.
Em literally has 3 Diamond albums from the 2000's and a movie that grossed more than Space Jam. Ya'll gotta stop downplaying his peak. 50's peak was higher too but it didn't translate into the 2010's like Wayne's nor had as big of an influence so it seems like Wayne's peak was bigger back then.
Em and 50 were bigger commercially in their peaks but that’s just a result of the markets they were in. Em appealed to a wider audience obviously and 50 is from the marketing capital of the world. I’m not knocking their success but the path for them was easier in comparison to Wayne. Wayne got to his peak commercially by claiming he’s the best rapper alive and had a legendary run to back it. He put fear in the rap game that’s built on competition. Really made mixtapes a thing and laid the groundwork for artist afterwards (I know 50 has mixtapes, but the impact isn’t in the stratosphere as Wayne).
